i have an 03 durango 4.7 and mods include CAI, electric cutout exaust with a mustang muffler(for when i come home late and dont wanna wake everyone up) super chips programer and adjusted the TPS to .71.. now i have a fastman TB 68.5 on order and headers cam and plugs are comin next summer other than that is there anything else i can do other than force induction and gears to help w/more performance i read this site everynight but i might be missin something else thank you

It looks like you have most of the bolt-ons pretty well covered. Head porting is probably the next step. I would really consider a gear swap as well. I think the SCT tuner is far better than the Superchips tuner and will allow you to fine tune for each modification that you make. Unfortunately, they only able to program some of the NGC controllers.

i dont know what cams you are going to buy but i went with KRC performance 206 cams and they made a huge diffrence but wish i would have listen to marty and went with the 212x cams

more duration and lift the duration is the bigest diffrence. its how long the valve stays open

cool so i should be looking for 206 or 212 cams and what gearing would be wise for a daily driver need to beable to cruse down 75 at a good speed without waisting gas

i would go with the 212x cams with a programer for big gain in hp and tq, gears i dont know i like my factory gears it goes down the highway good.what gears do you have

i have stock gears. but if the cams will give me alittle more torque than i cant complain i guess the 4.7 isent vary torque-e but i love it so thats all that matters thanks ya'll have been a big help

i just reset my ecu and changed the plugs today
60000 miles first plug change hoping that will help thay were shot so maybe in a couple houndred miles i'll notice some change
although by the time my ecu will relearn my fastman will be here so i'll have to do it all over again
