ok, found a cheap spacer on ebay and setting aside the face that the gaskets will leak or the spacer itself will dissolve within a week, do these give any gains in anything? milage or power? even if its slight, im willing to be the guinnea pig and test them out, this add says it will give hp gains(not listed how many)and anywhere from 2-4mpg better than what you have, they always exaggerate on ebay to sell stuff, but would this 1 b a cheap 1 2 test out? and do the more expensive ones work or work any better than this 1? if so how much better?

heres the link, check it out n let me know, ima buy it anyways just 2 entertain myself

"guinea pigs" abound already.
Depends on engine and intake arrangement. What is yours?

all they actually do is increase plenum volume of the intake manifold. it should help some low end torque but thats it. on carbed engines it also helps to insulate it from engine heat. keeps the fuel a little cooler.

They are worth every penny, I have 4 of them on my truck. I think I gained 50 hp by doing that.

but as for the spacers and gaining 4-6hp from the 1 on ebay, it just doesnt seem worth it
