Hey Guys!... I have a dodge dak.99 3.9L auto. Just recently I had notice the gas mileage is decreasing on my truck (about 10 mpg). so far I got spark plugs change, k&n air filter cleaned and I had re-oil it and a oil change. this weekend I'll replace the distributor cap, rotor and spark plug wires. It is necessary to change the oxigen sensor? Does a worn or damage oxigen sensor can cause poor mileage?...Any answer will be really helpful.

Check codes before replacing anything. No reason to change it on any kind of schedule. Do more diagnostics first.
