You could swap in a 408ci stroker.

Nice power gains without adding a blower or a set of cams? You need to relace the stock cams in the 4.7 to get a really noticeable power gain. Or you will have to do all the bolt on stuff at the same time to see a noticeable gain, and it will cost more then a set of HO cams. The HO cams only cost around $350 for the pair.

HO cams are not that expensive.

Mine were 106$ for the pair, for Jeep, in 2002.

let me ask this i know with the cams id get nice power gains but what kind of power gain am i really lookn at. also ive been thinkin about adding a supercharger (yes alot of money) but for performance and just to say itd be nice.

for 4.7's
with stock HO cams, ~ 10-20 hp/tq

with a Supercharger, ~50-100 +, depending on boost, etc.
