I have a 2002 dakota with a 4.7L. I have a cold air intake and exaust and was thinking about getting a throttle body spacer and was wondering if they are worth it?

They don't work. Well, there is the placebo effect. That is, you paid for it, you installed it, so you think you feel a difference.

Adding a spacer accomplishes nothing, but getting a whole new throttle body that's bored out and polished can give you a performance increase. See www.TheFastMan.com
