Subject: Throttle body spacers, do they work? IP: Logged
Message: I have a 2002 dakota with a 4.7L. I have a cold air intake and exaust and was thinking about getting a throttle body spacer and was wondering if they are worth it?

Message: They don't work. Well, there is the placebo effect. That is, you paid for it, you installed it, so you think you feel a difference.
Adding a spacer accomplishes nothing, but getting a whole new throttle body that's bored out and polished can give you a performance increase. See www.TheFastMan.com
