Subject: Factory LSD and powertrax IP: Logged
Message: I have a 2002 4.7 with the factory 3.92 LSD. I was interested in buying a powertrax no slip differential (not the lock right). Do yall have any suggestions or recommendations? Also, if i purchase the powertrax no slip do i have to purchase new gears? (i'm fine with the factory 3.92 gear if it will work) Any help is appreciated.

Message: Nah, you shouldn't have to change the gears.
Good luck with the swap.
What are you going to do with the stock LSD afterwards?

Message: Hey, thanks for the advice. I'll probably just keep it as a spare in case anything happens to the new one.
