1356hp is very real on diesels, there are more than you can count on your fingers and toes on how many 12v cummins will put out much more than that
i have just never as of yet heard of a d-max pushing that kind of power
i know that have pushed them over the 1000hp line, but its is far a few between
i know there are also several common rail cummins that are over 1000hp, again, not common, but they exist
there is even a guy with an f-350 with a cummins named "mad dog" (pick up any of the like last 3 diesel power mags and you will see his truck) and hes pushing over 1100 hp on straight deisel, no propane, no NO2, no methanol/water. Just good old #2
1990 sport RC SB, 1995 318drivetrain, 3.92 gears (came with truck) Powertrax "traction system", 95 dash/steering wheel, hearthrob exhaust, headers, cutout after y-pipe, necessary electric fan add-a-leafs, 30x9.5 mud tires, cranked T-bars, AR 39 15x8 rims, grill guard, roll bars
