Message: Pull up the Performance Board post "Throttle Body" for some details. The mod is quite easy if you have a Dremel tool to remove the "torque step" in the mouth of the TB. You WILL feel a difference, especially if you have intake/cams/exhaust mods.

Message: Just look through the bore. You will see where it needs to be ground open. I just used an air grinder and it took me about 30 minutes total. If your stuck with a dremmel its gonna take longer than that to do a good job. My only mod at the time was cams and i felt a good difference.

Message: a good idea before you start. mark where the throttle blades are in the bores when they are closed. you don't want to go below that point.
you can cut the air horns and top stuff off the top with a hacksaw and finsh it up with a palm sander. i did that to mine and it's really smooth on top. then taper the top into the bores.
