Message: I just tested my truck on my new G-tech and i know that they are not that accurate but it had me at 16.408 at 84mph. It also rated my truck at 152 hp when i did a dyno run. I was wondering if this sounds right for my truck. Here's my specs: 97 cc 2wd, 185,0000 miles, 3in lift, 32in tires fiberglass fenders, 4.10 gears, 5.2L, 44re with a transgo shift kit, K&N FIPK2, fms 19#, Edelbrock headers and y-pipe, electric fan, all synthetic fluid, MSD 6AL and wires, Hypertech programmer

Message: well those 32 inch tires dont help your 1/4 mile times. however, my 3.9 dak with just an intake and exhaust ran 17.4 so i'd say that sounds about right.

Message: i would say, next time u dyno the truck, throw a set of 28" slicks on the rear and that will give u a lot more power and less rotating weight. those 32s are probably eating 15hp or so because they are huge and are gonna be heavy. every 10 pounds of wheel weight u reduce will give u the same effect as taking 100 pounds out of the truck itself. thats the rule of thumb.
