Subject: Engine Oil Stop Leak IP: Logged
Message: I have a slow oil leak on my 4.7 It drips 2 drops whenever I park it. It looks like its coming from the front of the engine near the pulleys but I have not been able to see exactly where it comes from.
I bought some stuff from autozone, is this stuff safe to use? Does it work? It says it will condition the rubber gaskets and make them swell to stop oil leaks. My gaskets are rubber right? Not cork? I hope it works because my leak is very minor. I got something like this.

It says that to get people to buy it. did it say anything about seals?
You should not use stop-leak anything, anywhere.
Track down the leak and fix it properly.
