i have a powertrax
fulkly locks under full load
but i also broke it within 2 weeks
of course, my tires got small fast, and many many donuts do not help
but my little brothers hasnt broke in his 1500 yet, and he has beat on it more than i did on my dakotas

If you want something bulletproof and still streetable, get a worm gear TruTrak from Detroit Gear. I use one on my street/track car. I've been beating the crap out of it for over a year. Cruising, drag strip, smoky burn outs, parking lot donuts, and lots of hard road course track miles without a single complaint. Also got rid of the push in a high speed sweeper.
For my Dakota, the stock LSD parts gave up at about 60K miles. Had them rebuilt with Richmond parts 2 years ago. Seem to be working fine. I don't beat on it, but I don't baby it either.
