Message: I drove in my friends 2001 Ford Lightning and that thing really hauls. You only leave a little rubber and then the supercharger kicks it and you really haul. You guys with superchargers is it the same when you put one in a V8,you leave the line and then the supercharger kicks it or is it right off the line.

Message: From I've heard you can mash the gas on a Lightning and leave both back tires back their. I'd think their blower comes in really quick or else they couldn't turn 0-60 in 5.1 seconds. According to motortrend the Lightning will do the easiest stationary burnout of ANY production vehicle, so it must have plenty of boost as soon as you hit the gas.
