hey guys, i was wondering if anyone on here or anywhere else has done a new hemi swap in a dak yet. if so can someone let me know what is needed in this ordeal for it to be done cause i am seriously debating on doing a hemi swap into a dak or an ls1 swap into an s10. any ideas?

It's not a big problem putting a hemi in a Dakota. The biggest problem is making everything work.

well, i kinda want to go all motor right now plus after the swap,i wouldn't have the funds to supercharge it.

Trying to get max hp from all motor can be more expensive than supercharging. Most after market stuff, even if there were any, wouldn't add all that much to your hp anyway. What would you be looking for?

Just buy a 360 and build that up. You will spend less money doing that and have money left over to get some serious mods to get great hp.

i live in alabama where there is no emissions testing or anything like that.
i have a 98 camaro now with a pretty decent sized cam which has a really nice lope to it, and i was wanting to know if i can get one for a hemi...even in the valvetrain needs some work, i may be up for it depending on costs and whats needed. whatever i endup getting i will probably get the heads ported and polished anyways.
