I have a K&N CAI, a true 68mm TB, and a Magnaflow catback... these did great for throttle response and fuel economy (when I'm not stepping into it) on my '02 4.7L QC 4X4. I'm waiting on 206 cams, then have them and my JBA headers installed (I already have those). Finally would be a custom flash or Superchips. Just some ideas for you to consider...
