I was just wondering what the benefits of having long tube headers vs shorty style. Is it that much better to have long tubes? Your help is appreciated.

For one thing the long tubes are more likely to be equal length tuned headers; the shorty's are usually an unequal length design. I think the long tubes may offer better low end response too.
