I have a 99 R/T and have looked into this. Everyone telles me to spend the extra bucks and buy the Mopar high proformance PCM. Several places sell them. They will run you about 350.00 plus what ever the dealer charges you to put in yur vin and mileage. It will not only do all the things that a chip will do but also get rid of your speed limiter. Check out www.southeastrt.com He can get the Mopar PCM for around $280 shipped to your door. I think this is the best one to get, unless your are going supercharged then probably a custom flashed PCM is what you need to help out.
