Hi guys, I want to put the tallest and widest tire/wheel combo that will fit on a 99 4x4. I'm going to buy a second set of tires and wheels for summer time fun. I'd like to go with something like a 275/50 HIPO tire mounted on 20/10 rims. Does anybody know how tall and wide I can go without doing any mods.

I don't know about rims but I have 32x11.5 r16 and you are not going to be able to go much bigger or wider than this without mods.
They have conversion charts for the tire that your looking at so here is at least something to go by.

Thanks for the info. I'm puttin on a set of lowsidewall tires for better handleing. I want to run street tires for summer time and my 31/10.50 in the winter.
