 Subject: What is the best header?

I just got some money and I am looking for some headers. I was thinking about getting the Doug Thorley or Mopar PPH for my 99 r/t. Which one is the best and should I get the ceramic coating or do I not really need it? Where can I get the best price?

I believe Throrley and PPH are the same design. Ceremic coating would lower the underhood temps and would not rust. I have seen them anywhere from 450-700 brand new. You could probally find a cheap set off ebay if you look enough.
