This is probably a stupid question...
I just got a flow master 40 series single in dual out muffler put on my truck with 3 inch tips comin straight out the back. Would putting a three inch body lift require me to modify my exhaust?

You should have waited! But anyway, the pipes will hang down when you move the rear bumper up. It also depends on whether the hangers were welded to frame or body.
