Can't get the numbers right now, but when I get home I could look on my packaging at home. Email me if you want me to...
If all else fails, have the dealership cross reference a Grand Cherokee of same year with HO 4.7

Message: What kind of high performance cams are available for the 3.9L V-6? I've looked at a few different sites, including hughesengines.com, and I am a little confused as to which cam is right for me. I have the Harland Sharp 1.7 RR, so I think that means I have to be careful in which cam I pick so I don't screw my valvetrain up.

Message: Guys
Thanks for the help. It is a 4.7. I didn't think the put the 5.9 in Quad Cabs. I special ordered mine and don't remember it being an option but not remembering doesn't mean I'm right.....
Thanks !!!

Message: Fed-
Wow, someone remembered my project--that makes me feel special.
Anyway, I installed the crank underdrive pulley and Dynoed my truck for what could be the final time. The numbers were (about) 150 HP and 220 ft/lbs. TQ. That is an increase of 22 HP and 46 ft/lbs. TQ. over stock (if I remember correctly).
I now have the Performance setting installed on my SuperChips instead of the 87 Octane program. Definate difference, but I don't think I have enough money to Dyno my truck again and see what kind of difference.
Unfortunately, I believe my project has come to a close unless I feel like spending some Christmas money on a cam or something ;-)

Message: Also ? I thought buymopar.com was a dealer's site.
There are some "special" tools, but many of us got by by making our own timing chain wedges. The dimensions have been posted here many times. This will keep the tensioners from overadjusting during the installation. Good idea to zip tie chain to gears to keep them on the right tooth. Most of the guys used a wrench on the crank bolt to keep things stable so the pin that locates the gears on the cams isn't stressed during installation. No access with my plow frame, so I just held the cams with a set of water pump pliers. You don't want to damage those pins. Lots of good tips here if you do a search; easier if you're a member now I hear.
Got anything to increase your ignition advance yet ?

Message: No, I don't think you'd even find one for the 4.7. I went with a custom flash; while many of the guys have been pleased with the Superchips unit. Avoid the Jet.
