Message: I have a 2003 R/T with four wheel disc brakes. The front rotors are a bit warped and worn. What type of upgrades are there for a 03 with all disk?

Message: You would be wise to consider the application of the truck before you dump a ton of $$$ into brakes. I have seen many many people buy drilled and slotted rotors because of the "coolness" factor... what they don't realize is that while the brakes look tough, they are tough on the pads.
The drills and slot are designed to release the friction heat built up on the rotor and ALSO to cut the pads to reduce pad glazing. What this does is scar the pads to bring a fresh surface to contact the rotor surface with each application of the pedal. It is necessary in road racing to stop from brake fading into turns when you are diving in at 100mph and you need to slow to 50mph... but in normal street driven applications, it will only cause you to have to buy new pads every 5 months.
One other thing to consider is the fact that drilled rotors are designed to taken an extreme amount of abuse in short spirts, but in day to day traffic, it will cause tiny fractures in the metal between the drills and causes them to shatter at some point. Not good when you are on the highway... well not good period, but racing conditions, you are changing brakes after every run anyway so at that point who cares.
Either way you go... if you want maximum life out of your rotors with no warping... get some quality rotors and have them cryogenically treated. It will probably be the last set of brakes you buy.

Message: Also you might want to try to ceramic pads(as long as you don't do ALOT of heavy hauling). They stop better, are quieter, and the don't leave that annoying brake dust all over your rims. The use these with the drilled and slotted rotors for better brake life.
If it ain't broke, fix it til it is.
