Subject: converting tranny's IP: Logged
Message: Is it possible to replace an automatic tranny with a manual or is it not worth the trouble. As the mods go into my 318, its automatic is having a hard time keeping up. one problem is the motor revs into the rev limiter before it can shift. I was thinking of just going manual.

Message: i also ask this question and it is exspensive.
they say you are better off building the auto.
it is a governer that gets screwed up to avoid that shift the truck manually. or you can get a programer and that will raise your limiter.
