anytime Fed, because trolls are evil and i defend the innocent from them. lol

let us know how the gear install goes.
I'm thinking of putting a posi in out of a jeep, but the gears are either going to stay at 3.55s or become 3.90s.

i want to know how hard it was to install too. i think it will be me and my uncle doing the install.

J2, sorry i thought I made a reply but it must have errored (was using an open WiFi while at work).

Anyway. Yeah. Will most likely be going back to the track in the next couple of weeks.

Because I just ordered my 4.56 gears and LSD which should be here by this weekend!

I hope to have my 4X4 into the 15's. I could only hope.

Yeah funny Mike. :) But for a 4X4 QC it's not bad.

Especially since the 2WD HEMI and TITAN barely get by me towards the end.

J2. No problem. Once I know the gears are good to go, I will plan a trip to the track.

So would you rather go to Firebird than SpeedWorld I assume? Or are you willing to drive to SpeedWorld? (Jomax and Grande Ave)

well,

my dad and i didnt even get to removing the spider gears and
ring 'n pinion...it was so frikin hard, you need special tools to
remove the huge pin holding the gears in place...dont know so
we gave up and spent $325 to have them installed :/

Hopefully truck is done sometime today.

Hey fred, i could be 100% completly wrong but, i think all you need is a magnet. like the one on the clips that telescopes. then you can use that to remove the c-clips when you push in your axels after you remove the spider gears or something like that. like i said i could be wrong. i am new to rear ends and mods in general.

yeah u could be right, at least it sounds correct. haha but im not worryin' bout that anymore, just got the truck back and its amazing, love how it pulls harder! but i cant really mess around cuz pops said i gotta let the LSD break in...

anyway, ran into another problem with the cheesy ass, rip off, lowering kit i got for my truck bout 6 months ago...the a-arms are always shifting forward and reverse as i break and gas it sorta of hard, not even that hard. They just tear the bushings apart.

it sucks a whole lot cuz i just got my truck back today and after a good hour of driving around i get home and this appears...RETARDED

the speed should be faster than that if you run the quarter. i would say 85mph to 93mph just depending on wheel spin.

i have been think of running the 1/4 again soon and hope i run in the 15s
