 Subject: High Idle?

Got my new throttle body put in and now My idle is going crazy. In park ( cold ) it idles at 900 RPM's. In drive ( cold ) it idles at 900 RPM's. In park ( warm ) it idles at about 1100 to 1200 RPM's. In drive ( warm ) it idles at about 900 to 1000 RPM's. What is going on? I torqued the bolts to specs, and the check engine light just came on after two days? Please help?
