Message: I was curious if someone could give me an educated guess on what you think I will pull in the Quarter Mile. I am planning to take it to the track next week or the week after, before the track closes.
I have a 1997 Dodge Dakota with a 5.2L,4x4 automatic, off-road skid-plate pkge, lowered with 265/40zr/17R tires. I have the following mods:
3.73 gears,55mm throttle-body and spacer plate,AF fuel rails,42lbs fuel injectors,M1 intake manifold,High performance heads,437L cam,high press piston rings and head gaskets,Flashed RB computer,Electric fan,MSD ignition,EdelBrock headers, Custom built Y-pipe, No cat,Flowmaster muffler,Superchargerwith 13-14psi, and a aluminum Air plenum.
If someone has any idea of what they expect me to run in the 1/4 mile, please let me know. So that I can have some sort of numbers to hope for at the track. THANKS

Message: If this helps, I called the guy I bought the truck from and he said that it was made by KRCperformance products. He couldn't really tell me any more about the cam than that. I bought the truck fixed up like this, they said that it needed some of the bugs worked out. I don't know to much about the motor, beside what the guy I bought it from told me. He did not seen to know a whole hell of alot. I then sent it to the local mechanic and he said that he fixed all the engine problems, but the computer needs to be flashed. Then I sent the computer to J&? crysler specialist in Michigan. Now the truck runs fine. It is really really quick.

Ok, let me tell what is wrong here. 40 series tires would look messed up on 17's on a truck. No 3.73 gears exist for our trucks. What is AF fuel rails. What kind of heads are these?? 13-14 PSI?? What compression are you runnig. Um.... Aluminum air plenum..Hum...M1 intake is all one piece, It doesnt have the bolt on plenum.
