 Subject: lost power bad air/fuel

Quick question: went to the dyno the other day to see how much HP i gained by putting on gibson headers and an underdrive pulley.
Sadly i lost 4hp and 14lb/tq from my previous pull when i had only a cai and catback. The guys at the dyno said i was running a full point to rich! Does anyone have any ideas as to why and how i can fix this?? i know there are no tuner's out for the 4.7l, but can i re-adjust my air/fuel somehow?
