 Subject: Intake Manifold

I just recieved a complete '03 intake manifold / throttle body / plus all sensors ($50.00) from some dude on EBay. The main reason I bought it was the spare throttle body and the IAT / TPS / IAC sensors (these parts are kinda' hard to find here in Germany). Would I benefit by swapping my stock '02 intake for the '03? Granted, it's not the '02 HO intake, but I read on this forum that the '03 - '04 was a happy medium from the '02 & the '02 HO. I've spent the last 2 days doing the things I should have done to my O.E. throttle body(it's nice when you have a spare) with a dremel (drill press is in storage). The H.O. cams are in the near future, as well as a set of Gibson headers and the SC Tuner. My current mods are the 19 lb FMS injectors, no fan (except for the electric one), semi P & P throttle body,single cat and a bastardized cold air intake with a K & N filter in a '02 Quad Cab AWD Automatic 4.7L.

Sorry to tell you this but that TB wont work on yours, the IAC changed in 03 so it wont plug in.

I thought that thing looked different. Oh well, I'll put it up for sale & end up with a free box of sensors & intake.
