Subject: HO CAMS Fuel?

Message:
I plan on buying the mopar HO cams for my durango with the 4.7. Do I need to run a higher octane gas than 87? Or will they work fine on regular? Thanks

You'll be fine with 87. The primary mods that require higher octane are more ignition advance or more compression - the cams don't affect either.

Lead, follow, or get out of the way
