Has anybody come across one that allows you to adjust for rev, altitude, tire size, tranny shift points, etc for OBDII style computers and still let you do minor tuning on the older OBDI style computers????
If so, what brand, and where should I start looking to buy one????

Superchips or Hypertech both will do this.
92 and 97 Daks both with many mods.
