Yeah but you can put together your own kit including the fan for about half that. I just did it...granted it takes some more leg work, but its $200 in your pocket.

You can throw together something for cheaper, sure.

But-- If you look into what I offer with the different kits--- there's no way you could do it 'correctly' for cheaper.

Did you run 1 speed, or 2 speed? What relays did you use? What fuse? Did you run the correct gauge wire?? How does it operate? (manual switch, coolant temp controlled?-- both?)

I have over 4 years of testing now between 3 initial kits that we put together-- there's a difference between what 'works' and what 'lasts'... IE-- if you run low amp rated relays expect issues with relay failure and/or fan failure...

I put these together after I built/tested my own--- thought it is a great product, and that others would enjoy the simplicity of the installation (nothing to cut or hack, modifiy with the exception of extending 4 wires from the 2000+ washer bottle--)

Over 60 kits shipped -- ZERO complaints... 4 revisions/updates since kit #4-- an evolution of sorts based on feedback from customers (mainly documentation, and the addition of a piggy back fuel/circuit maker--)

Of the over 60 kits shipped-- only 3 people had issues with the install--- after walking them thru it on the phone-- turns out they never read the instuctions, yet were about 90% done with the install when they called. :^) About to put a RED stamp on the installation instructions "READ ME FIRST!!!" to help those folks out (like me) that don't like to ready instructions. It's as plain jane as it comes for the install, including troubleshooting & testing proceedure for correct operation.

Not to sound like a sales pitch, but just wanted to clear any notion that I am making $200 profit off these kits (I make enough to cover my time-- though my wife doesn't think its worth it.)

8^0
