I just bought an 06 quad cab 4x2 with 4.7 V8. It has 3.55 gears. If I have 4.10 gears installed, will it screw the computer up, other than the speedometer being off? Thanks, Don.

your spedo should be controled with a wheel speed sensor. Changing gears should not affect your speedometer. If you change tire size, you will need to recalibrate.

Will not effect your speedo reading. When I had my 4.10s installed I double checked the speedo with my GPS and there was no change. If you go to different size tire however it will throw your speedo off.
