Have yiou changed tire sizes? I guess that wouldn't change the rpm limiter though. I've hit mine 6, 6.2, whatever, it says when you install it that you can't adjust it, that's really what I was getting at.
MInes a 01, manual, and yes, I ported my 68mm TB long ago.
Lurk, thanks, I'd still like to use the g tech on the 91-perf program

Message: That's also why my dynoes went to 6,000. Actually, my first run w/o the SC's, hit my speed limiter ~120. Then I used the programmer and raised it, to where I don't know.

Message: Weird. Mine hit 6k EASY when it was stock. Now it's hit 6500 WITHOUT hitting the limiter. My power is GOOD until 6200, then it immediately takes a dive. But seems to pull best if I take it to 6200. JUST at or past the stock rev limiter.
Lurkin, I could use a G-tech one of these days. Funny thing is I have my stock air box on right now as well with the original drop in K&N filter I first had. I figure with it so Hot here in AZ i don't want to take any chances with the one that sits a little too close to the radiator.
Todd. No tire size change. Stock tire height. Just WIDER than stock.
And I've ADDED wieght to my Dakota rather than removed as comprared to stock.
-SubWoofer behind seat
-Two amps
-Computer gear
-TRUCK BOX including ATV gear and my TOOLS.
Second battery, a LARGE Deep Cycle at that.
I'm estimating I sit around 5000 Lbs.
I don't plan on pulling any of it to take it to the track either.
