Message: Which octane booster is the best for our trucks? I know some of them will foul plugs or damage the O2 sensor. Which should I use? I have a 95 318. Thanks.

Message: NOS (Silver) + Nitro (Works very well)
ProBlend Nitro-Power (Works excellent!)
104 Octane Booster (Red) (Does the job)
All of the NOS and 104 line is catalytic converter (and O2) safe. If you don't know about the octane booster and if it's safe...the manufacturers are required to put a disclaimer on the can stating "Catalytic Conveter and Sensor Safe". If it does not have this disclaimer or it states not for use in cat-controlled vehicles (VP's high-end octane booster isn't...found that out the hard way)...don't use it. You will screw up the O2's first and then the Cat. (Again..I found that out the hard way...expensive as well.)

Message: Hey Bernd - Would you recommend using a high octane booster for a trip to the drags for a stock vehicle? Or just put a little hi-test in? Thanks.

Message:
(1) Aviation fuel is NOT to be used in our engines. It will damage them.
(2) If you want real "Race Fuel"...pay the $4.50/gallon for it at the track or check with your local speed shop if they carry it.
For the strip/drags, I stick with ProBlend Nitro-Power. It works REALLY well.
