2001 Dakota Sport CC 4x4 5-speed, Open case Diff 3.55s, 4.7L,
with 265 / 70 R16s,
HO cams, KN FIPK II, 70mm F/B TB, Headers, and Flowmaster exaust?
has anyone with this setup ran the 1/4 ?
what are your average Times?
what can I shoot for?
they only run the 1/8 around here, I haven't tried it yet, I am just interested in the 1/4

damn, a stock Z71 Canyon or Colorado gets better than that,not to mention a Tacoma or Frontier, or hell, how bout a ranger? they all get in the 16s.
and I have over 100 foot pounds more than a canyon or a colorado , and about 40 more HP than a truck like that.
I don't see me getting high 16s.
I figured that the mods in my truck, and the manual tranny would at least help me get mid 15s.
but I probably need lower gears to at least get into the 15s.
I guess there is one way to find out.
time to go to the strip.
