Hey Again Folks,
Thanks for answering my questions.
Is the the KNN FIPK better than the AIRAID cold air intake? I can't tell the difference just by looking at it on an internet picture.
The difference I CAN tell is about $120.00.

Go with a 360 intakez. It's as good as the others you mentioned. Here's a pic of mine.

Does the '360 come with a "washable" filter? Not that it makes much difference...but I have the KNN cleaner from my flat filter.
