He claim the voltage stablizer will increase hp. I thought that was what the alt. with diods was for? Buyer beware!

What language do think it was translated from? I like the way they describe the improvement: "From a groupo of 50 monitors, 41 sensed a performance improvement". Sensed? I love that. Sounds like the placebo effect to me.
Unfortunatly, I bet he sells all he can make. Why didn't I think this up?
