Subject: Edelrbock Heads/Covers gone bad HELP! IP: Logged
Message: Had some aluminum heads, 1.6 rockers, and taller valve covers put on and now it smokes oil real bad and leaks it also when in park and idling
pvc also does not fit snug

Message: Thank you, Dr. Phil, he jumped head long into this project ignoring good advice and bitching all the way. Caught him bitching about a perfectly reputable company by spamming every thread mentioning its name. This guy doesn't have a clue on what he is doing. Now he will blame Edelbrock for his own incompetence.

Message: what advise was i given, just wondering what your talking about.
and if you are referring to gsmotorsports or 360 air intakes that ripped me off, they indeed did so, sent me an unusable product and didn't allow for a refund.

Message: If you are using the old style five bolt valve covers and don't install them correctly, yes, they will probably leak. You have to do a pretty poor job of installing for the ten bolt covers to leak.
