I am swapping a 360 into my truck that originally had a 318, do I have to use a 360 oilpan or retain the stock 318 pan? Thanks

On 1992 and up, the Magnum engines use the same pan design, all else being equal (front sump, rear sump,...that sort of thing. The difference is made up with the engine-specific seal. So, as long as there's no oil pickup clearance issue (shouldn't be), you may retain the 318 Magnum pan, and just use the 360 Magnum seal. On pre-Magnums, you must use the engine specific oil pan.
