if youve got a 5.2 or 5.9... youre in luck. gonna be a little harder to get good results for less than a mortgage out of the 6 banger... and not worth the time on the 4 banger...

The motor would be helpful to know. But there are a wide variety of parts now days. It's recommended you start with a throttle body which is available for whatever motor you have. Doesn't do to much good if you have exhaust with out more air intake. Ad a k&n filter kit. Then headers and exhaust. Programmer/Chip, upgrade your wires and ignition system. Pulleys, lifters, valve springs, cam kits. How far do you want to go without a supercharger? There is so many different ways to approach this but check out www.krcperformance.com for V6 and up parts. Also, in case it is a V6 and you want to turbocharge it :)

"Its recomended you start with a throttle body" ??? Who is recomending that ? If its a 4.7 you'd see a lot more gain from a cam swap for about the same $$$ - what motor is being discussed here is of more than passing importantance.
