I'm installing a street scene roll pan and want to get an exhaust as well. I plan on getting a flowmaster 40 series but as far as pipes, do i need to add duel pipes for sound/performance, or can i go with the stock pipe and just cut the tip off and add a "dump" before the pan?

I put on a Street Scene and decided to dump the pipe with a turn down before the pan. If you put it as the right angle you won't discolor or melt your pan either. Personally I have a 3.9 so one pipe is enough for me.
