I just raced a viper with my Quad Cab, 2001 Dakota, 4x4, with a 4 inch lift and 33s, with a stock 4.7L automatic, with 3.55 gears.
I beat him, I was about 7 car lenghts in front of him.
I can't play this out much longer.
it is a sick joke, I know.

Todd is not usually one to go around making stuff up.
He could have just been a better driver where the woman sucked. plus he has a stick and she probably had an auto letting it do her thing.
It could be possible.
I used to run my STOCK Altima 4 banger with a stick against V6 Accords/TTL's with the 3.2 V6 auto and win every damn time I raced one!!!
Give a stick and someone knowing how to push the pig and you can do wonders sometimes.
4.7 stick probably whoops on a stock R/T with a good driver in each.

I drove a 6 spd WS6 and it was lightly moddified and that motha would move!!!!!!!!!

I just pulled up at the stoplight, and I saw a Corvette ZR1 in the left lane, and a Mustang Cobra in the right lane, I said to myself, "this isn't going to be good"
the corvette took off, and the cobra just sat there, and they were both young guys, I was surprised the cobra didn't try.
that corvette just kept on humpin throught the gears.
it was pure comedy.
