its been said that 360 airintakez are an excellent upgrade. I've heard that airraid will get you a moderate gain. I have the 360 air on my 02 4.7 quad and love it. I had a small boost in low end power, and an unbelievable sound now comes from the engine bay when floored.

Get the one you like. Personally, I'll stick with my homebrew 'true' CAI, and actually, the stock 4.7, taking most of it's air from the bottom of the windshield via the R fender well is
pretty damn good!
A friend posted his Gtech results on his 4.7, Ho camed engine, of the Volant, and stock, and guess which one repeatedly did a little better?
Yup, the stocker!

Texasboy I have the 360 intake on my 04 3.7. It made a good amount of additional power, sounds really goog too. But my additional is in the higher RPM.

what model number did you use?

I have the 360 on my 97 3.9 and I love it. Looks to be the same as the above pic. I replaced my airraid with the 360 and it made quite a bit of difference (2 mpg). The main reason (at least I would say) is that the 360 has the block off from the engine heat. I have headers on my 3.9 and let me tell you it gets warm under the hood. I'm not familiar with the kit for the 4.7 but I have used both and to me the 360 is a much better intake.

I do not know the #. I live in Vegas and my truck was the first truck with a 3.7 that went into there shop. I have pics if you would like me to email them to you. The are comes in out of the corner and in front of the grille. I also removed the rubber flap off the radiator
