Message: Isn't about 100 bucks to run a dyno?.
I am not spending that much for that, I might just un hook the downfall pipe and see what it sounds like, it might be too loud and get me a ticket.

Message: In my area, $100 will get you 3 runs on a Dyno or $35 a piece. Call and check in your area.

Message: straight pipes will damage your valves. Been there, done that. Unless you like doing valve jobs on a regular basis. You need some backpressure. 2 HP isnt worth it.

Message: You will gain in the low end but lose HP in mid and top end. Plus you will snap valves, thats expensive, learn from my mistakes. Dont do it.

Message: i dont know how your 40series are run but you could just put turn downs on your muffler and if you have duals but like the look just leave the pipes out the back and dump it at the exhoust and you get louder. if not still not loud for you cut your muffler off run tru duals into a x pipe the x pipe will pick up some back pressure for you.
