I've had both of those mufflers on my 93.The Flowmaster was a 40 series though. I would say the 50 series FM would be a little quieter than the magnaflow in my experience.

i do believe the 50 series flowmaster would be quieter... but thats if you get the delta flow... i have a 40 series original flows on my 5.9... (the loudest one they make) and its even louder cause the exaust is dumped...

Are you looking just for a replacement muffler? If so I have a stock stainless out of 99 5.2 4X4 I'd sell cheap.
