I have a 1992 Dodge Dakota club cab 4WD. It will not turn over at all. I am guessing that it is a starter issue. I am mechanically challenged and can't find where the starter is located. Please help.

Get a service manual. Not only will it tell you where the starter is, but also how to test it, and how to R&R it.

That's right. You are guessing. Do more diagnostics first. The ASD relay, cabling, battery, could be other causes.
