I saw this turbo system on Two Guys and a Garage. I e-mailed the company and they said they would be interested in making one for the 4.7. Of the several companies mentioned in those 4 pages of posts, which company are you refering to?
The link you provided sent me to page 1, post 1. There are at present 48 posts in that thread.

Josh , the whole thread is about the "rear mounted turbo", aka Squires Turbo Systems. Page two, post 29 trtturbo comes in to answer questions. He sells/installs "STS" systems. From the forum click on home> episode guide> episode 322.
