 Subject: P0700 code

Well, chk engine light came on today with the P0700 code. I did a search and found posts pertaining to it. Something about the trans computer but no one ever followed up with what the fix was.
Help
He are my symptoms:
1. Clunks (much more then usual) into gear when going from P to D
2.Gear changes during normal (while in D) driving are very cluncky.
3. When I floor it off the line it shifts into 2nd at 15mph.
4. Will not shift into OD even at freeway speeds.
I did do some beach wheeling (in the sand) this weekend. Could something be cloged? What?
Maybe a vacum line?? This all come on today. It was fine this morning then bam!
If anyone has had this prob, please help.
P.S. its a 2000 4.7 autotrans
