They'll fit, but it certainly isn't the best size rim. Where did you get 17X8 rims?

They'll tend to look a little fat. Nine inch is really the minimum size for that tire. You can go all the way up to eleven inches. I think you can picture what happens when the rim is too narrow for the tread width and tire section. Of course it's not nearly as bad as mounting a tire on a rim that is too wide.

goodyear anything is NOT sporty besides the 255's YOU recomend are are almost 4 inches skinnier then the WIDE 275's she wants. She wants FOUR inches more then you got kid, so don't insult her.
