Well, PVC pipe is cheap, and will sound real good for maybe....coupla minutes.
But seriously. Define "decent." It seems to contradict the word "cheap."

buy a nice muffler from summit or some place like that and have your local muffler shop install it and some either larger diameter and/or mandrel bent pipes

just get a flowmaster single out, and put a turndown tip at the end of the muffler, it will sound great, decress restriction, and the only real caust in the muffler. I wish i would have done that, cause now i just have chrome tips that always need replacing due to rust

I just cut my exhaust off right before the cat, replaced the cat and muffler with a magnaflow, and then got a 6' piece of 2 1/2" pipe to run basically straight back from the muffler and dump right after the rear axle. Muffler and cat for around $110 and a section of pipe of $10. A few exhaust clamps and some blades for a sawzall and that's it. Cheap and good. No tips, but hey, those always end up breaking off anyway.

I just bought a flowmaster 60 series single in and out, and a section of pipe and a couple clamps. then i cut out the stock muffler and then put the flowmaster up and cut the extension to fill the gap and now i have a great sounding exhust while still looking stock for about 70 bucks. I think thats about as cheap as you can get.

I am surprized he didn't say it wuld caust too much too change "out" his muffler. Well I got to change "out" my pants becuz I got to went to a parte. My kits have to change "out" there cloths too. K-1 drop-outs.
