Message: It could just be dependant on how much gas you have in the tank. There is a chance.

Message: I live in Northern California the avg temp is around 70 I dont think this is my problem.
I thought is was o2 Sensors but it didn't change after I replaced them.
Here is the Info on the Free shift Kit. I found it on dakotatrucks.com
"If anyone hasnt heard this one yet, this is a quick easy mod for firmer shifts for your auto tranny.
The TCM reports to the PCM during shifts so the PCM can (reportedly)retard the timing and shut down injectors for smoother shifts under WOT.
The PCM is mounted on the inside of the passenger fender well. It has three harnes connectors. The connector closest to your headlight which is black, has in it a yellow wire with a green stripe. By clipping this wire the PCM will ignor the TCM's shift reports. From what Im told, this is not possible for the newer 4.7's and 5.7's that have the TCM integrated into the PCM.
FYI, I would recommend running a toggle switch in cab to be able to go back to stock when necessary. Although this mod will not effect shifts under normal driving, and will provide much firmer shifts at WOT, I have noticed (at least on mine) that it wont allow downshifts on the highway (as if you were passing) as it did before.
Apparently the Hemi guys are the ones that figured this mod out and are reporting 3 tenths better times with it."

Message: I have never had a trouble code or check engine light on my truck at all. As far as the 52.L goes I don't have a clue if it works.
